M.PRESS/ BY Matthew Campbell / A new unauthorized biography of President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner by journalist Sylvina Walger, describes Nestor Kirchner, the former president, as a “parallel president” who makes all the important decisions for his wife Cristina, angers easily when defied, even punching Cristina for not following his will.
