President Cristina Fernandez finally won a victory over a 'vulture' hedge funds she despises.
A Hamburg based UN tribunal court ruled that the sailing vessel...'Libertad'...held in Accra since October...must be freed by 22 December.
The court ruled the training ship was a military vessel.
Libertad had been held on a legal motion filed by NYC hedge fund NML.
NML demanded Buenos Aires pay some of the $370 million owned after Argentina's $100 billion 2001 default.
