Five police officers in Amazonas have been arrested after security camera footage showed them shooting a 14-year-old boy in his chest... at close range...five times... on 17 August... while his mother begged for lenience.
The video only surfaced on a local tv station in February.
Amazingly, the teen survived suffering several wounds.
He and his family are now in a witness protection program.
