BOLIVIA / CHILE: Impatient Over Delays, Evo Going To Court...For Seafront Property Return.

BBC

Almost everyone wants a beachfront toehold. Who wouldn't?
Hollywood celebrities pay unbelievable amounts for tiny acreage on the Pacific in Malibu, California.
So Bolivia is tired of waiting for Chile to negotiate the return of Bolivia's former access to the Pacific...lost 132 years ago...in the War of the Pacific!
Bolivia is threatening to take Chile...to international courts.
President Evo Morales claims that Bolivia's loss of the sea is an "open wound" that must be healed.
Chile's response? "Bolivia cannot expect a direct, frank and sincere dialogue while it simultaneously manifests its intention to go to international tribunals," said Chilean President Sebastian Pinera.
