Vice President Julio Cobos was elected on a ticket with President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner but since 2008 has followed his own path to a point where Cristina cancelled a trip to China rather than leave him in charge. “I can’t travel overseas when I have someone in my post who I can’t trust”, said Kirchner.
Now, is she angling to fire Cobos after successfully disposing of Central Bank chief Martin Redrado?
