MONTENEGRO : President Vujanovic Narrowly Re-Elected For 3rd Term.


      Despite his opponent's claims of voting fraud...President Filip Vujanovic has been pronounced the winner in yesterday's presidential election...by the electoral commission.
      By garnering 51.21% of the votes...Vujanovic will serve his 3rd...5-year term..in the largely ceremonial position.
      Challenger Miodrag Lekic got 48.79% of the votes.
