FINLAND / RUSSIA : Police Remove Putin...From Secret Criminals List.
It was a mistake...and could have been a huge embarrassment.
If Russian President Putin had tried to enter Finland...he would have been barred...because police in Helsinki had put his name on a secret criminal list.
The police have now deleted the error...and apologized to his office.
