    Copper/Cu has become the defacto symbol for Chile.
    The metal...so lusted after by China and other nations...has pushed Santiago into prosperity and growth.
    But...Chile's high grade ore is being played-out.
    And...its production costs are soaring...from low productivity...lack of water...and expensive power.
    Suddenly...the USA is copper competitive.
