BULGARIA : Diplomat Raikov Named Interim PM.


     Bulgaria's ambassador to France...Marin Raikov was named interim PM and foreign minister by President Rosen Plevneliev.
      PM Boyko Borisov's government fell last month after street protests and 3 immolations over soaring electricity bills and corrpution.
      New elections will be held in May.
