     Kyiv's Anastasia Petryk, 10...won the 10th Eurovision Junior song contest in Amsterdam.
     Her performance of 'Nebo' was chosen as the best by televoters and a children's jury...with 138 points.
     Georgia was last year's winning nation.

     At least 4 countries say they will not participate in the senior Eurovision 2013 contest in Sweden.
     Portugal, Poland, Cyrus and Greece have bowed out.
