RUSSIA : 25 Dec UPDATE: Freezing Temps Kill 123...Over 800 Hospitalized.

     At least 123 people have died from a recent cold snap that sent temps plunging...and also hospitalized over 800.
     Temps are 12 degrees lower than seasonal normals.
