      Aging pop singer Madonna apparently took her sweet time...2 hours...before starting a Santiago concert filled with 36,000 fans...and then ended it some 40 minutes early... angering at least 650 fans who filed complaints with the nation's consumer agency.
      The star's producers admit 8 songs were skipped...blaming a heavy rain.
      Compensation demands are being weighed.

    NEW!!! AND: Perhaps still miffed by some Santiago fans' demands for ticket compensation...the diva Madonna threatened to cancel her show...when she saw some people smoking cigarettes during her outdoor sound check.
      She swore at them...reportedly stormed off...but later performed as scheduled.
