         Flooding has hit bella Venice...again...affecting...about 70% of the historic canal city.
          Acqua Alta waters...1.49 meters/5 feet above normal...poured in from the Adriatic Sea.
         It is the 6th highest level since 1872.
         The record high...1.94 meters...occurred in 1966.
