Many Catalonian's apparently feel abused.
Over 1.5 million recently hit the streets to protest vs Madrid's austerity measures...and demand independence.
In general...residents of this province...centered around magical Barcelona...contend that they pay more than they get.
They call it 'fiscal looting.'
Now the regional president...Artur Mas...has called for snap elections to gauge support for independence...though only halfway thru the legislature's current term.
The sweet smell of secession...is wafting in the air.
But...is it really possible?
And...will it really be all that sweet?
