MEXICO : Zetas Chief 'El Taliban" Captured in San Luis Potosi..

      A top boss of a warring faction of the brutal Los Zetas narcos...Ivan Velazquez Caballero... aka 'El Taliban' and 'Z-50'...has reportedly been captured by the Navy...in San Luis Potosi.
     There was a $2.3 million bounty for Velazquez Caballero's capture.
