KAZAKHSTAN : Parking Really Is No Problem In Almaty.

      Yesterday...this blog featured video of some crazy Ukrainian driving.
     Today...a feature on seemingly carefree Kazak parking.
     The park wherever you want and can attitude...seems shocking to western eyes.
     Maybe the penalties and fines aren't high enough?
