CHILE: VIDEO: Roiled By Huge Waves...Cargo Ship Is Stranded And Abandoned.

       A cargo ship...the Ocean Breeze...carrying wheat and soy...was trapped by bad weather and rough surf...and run aground near Llolleo.
     Helicopters had to rescue the 24 crew members.
