Protests continued for the 2nd day...and turned violent...outside the national assembly... over plans by President Ricardo Martinelli to sell several utilities.
Martinelli's plan to 'pack' the Supreme Court...add more justices...also upsets many citizens.
He also ended a special session of the national assembly.
