Clients of Sao Paulo's upscale restaurants and bars have been suffering from high anxiety...because of at least 16 recent bold robberies...where gunmen invaded the businesses...stripping customers of cash, credit cards, jewelry and cell phones.
Criminals call it arrastao/trawling.
Police have added 390 more officers and 300 vehicles to patrol wealthy areas...especially this week when Brasil celebrates lovers...and also for other holidays and special days.
