     The Costa Rican trade attache in Caracas...kidnapped with his car on Sunday night...has been freed.
     Guillermo Cholele, 55...is described to be in good condition...with only a small contusion.
     Cholele reportedly suffers from high blood pressure and a heart condition.
     Officials denied that a ransom...demanded by phone...was paid.
