COLOMBIA : FARC Rebels Kill 11 Soldiers In Arauquita.

      11 soldiers protecting oil installations in Arauquita...near the Venezuelan border...were killed by FARC forces. 
      Early reports are that rebels launched homemade missiles at troops.
