Daniel Zamudio, 24...died in Santiago while in an induced coma.
He was attacked on 3 March by 4 assailants...some who had previous gay beating charges.
Zamudio had suffered severe head injuries, a broken right leg, many cigarette burns...along with swastika-like shapes carved into his chest.
Some politicians are calling for new hate crime laws.
