RUSSIA : Testy Putin Attacks Radio ECHO For 'Diarrheal' Coverage.

      During his regular meeting with the media...a suddenly sensitive and downright testy PM Vladimir Putin accused opposition radio ECHO of continually attacking him...'pouring diarrhea over me day and night'...and working for foreign interests.
      Moscow's ECHO radio is partially owned by Gazprom.
