The 6.3 earthquake that struck around midnight...it's epicenter a shallow 39 kms under Ica...injured at least 145...damaging 277 buildings...and knocking out power.
Ica is Peru's top agricultural center.
In 2007...the same area suffered an 8.0 quake...that killed 510..and left 80,000 homeless.
