     Mexico City...aka the D.F./Distrito Federal...has escaped Mexico's widespread brutal and bloody narco violence...for the most part.
    It has a strong police force.
    And the military is based there.
    But...some recent events...now have resident Chilangos...nervously looking over their shoulders.
