VENEZUELA : 14 Dead, 16 Injured In Fiery Caracas Gasoline Tanker Truck Blast.

    Eight vehicles...a tanker truck, a bus and 6 cars...were totally destroyed after a truck loaded with gasoline flipped and exploded on a major Caracas highway...killing 14 and injuring 16 more.

    The dead included at least 3 minors.
