President Ollanta Humala added his voice to congressional calls that his VP Omar Chehade consider resigning over illegal lobbying charges.

It is alleged that Chehade asked a top police official to help his brother evict workers from a sugar farm for a company that wanted to take it over.
Peru has 2 vice presidents.
