CHILE : Santiago Student Protest Turns Violent Again.

      What has become almost a cliche...another Santiago student demo over education reforms turned violent...after more than 6 months of demonstrations.
     About 20 were arrested.
     Lawmakers are expected to announce their funding decisions in a few days.
