An explosion in the Suhodolsky-Eastern mine in Luhansk has killed at least 18...injured 11...with 9 still missing.
A 1992 explosion there killed 58.
A second accident killed at least 7 miners...with 4 still missing...near Makiyivka...after some machinery collapsed.
The Suhodolsky accident is the deadliest Ukraine mine disaster since 2007...when more than 100 people died in a nearby mine.
Last month, a fire broke out at the mine but no injuries were reported.
