CHILE: Huelga! Copper Miners Strike For First Time...In 18 Years.

Angry over proposed restructuring plans by President Pinera...copper miners of state-owned Codelco...struck for 24 hours...for the first time in 18 years.
They have threatened future walk-outs.

Codelco estimates $41mn in losses.
