BRASIL : Small Plane Crash In Recife Kills 16.

A twin-engine Noar Airlines plane crashed soon after takeoff from the Recife airport...in a residential area just 150m from the beach...killing all 16 aboard.
It was en route to Mossoro via Natal.
The Czech-made LET L-410 turboprop had a 19 passenger capacity.
