UKRAINE: New Charges Vs Yulia; 2012 Football Threatened.

    Prosecutors have opened another investigation over former PM Yulia Tymoshenko's abuse of authority in a purchase of 1,000 new but inappropriate Opel Combo vans for the health service that lost the state some $8.3 million dollars... right before the 2010 election.
