IRISH TIMES/ FRANK MCDONALD /
A report on a recent tour of Cuba. The writer highlights his conversation with a Cuban doctor, who earns $20 usd per month. The medico says he is “watching and waiting. What else can I do?” And with Fidel in failing health, it’s become like Waiting for Godot."
