LINK CHANGE/GUARDIAN/ 1ST UPDATE/ 01 August / Breaking news on the American couple accused of serial killings in western Panama: William Dathan Holbert and Laura Michelle Reese, aka "Wild Bill" William and Jane Cortez.
   William Dathan Holbert, the jailed U.S. citizen, admitted to authorities killing seven people for their businesses and  properties. Holbert's wife refused to talk and asked for legal assistance from the U.S. Embassy. "He has explained what he did, how he did it and why he did it," said Panamanian official Angel Calderon. Holbert and his wife used false names and citizenship papers while living in Panama.
