COLOMBIA: Cauca River Flooding Damages Homes, Crops.
C.REPORTS/ In this La Nina year of heavier than normal rain, damage continues as a swollen Cauca River has affected 160,000 people in the Mojana region of the Sucre department. So far, at least 60 people have perished and 258,000 people have been displaced in 27 of Colombia's 32 departments.
