BOLIVIA: Bus Plunges Thru Guardrail, Killing At Least 28, Injuring 44.

LAHT/    A bus loaded with children crashed between the cities of Cochabamba and Potosi in central Bolivia resulting in at least 26 dead and 44 injured.
