CUBA: Tourism Declines In 2010, As Canadians React To Slump.
REUTERS/EDMONTON PRESS/ The number of tourists visiting Cuba in January and February 2010 fell 3.4% from 2009 as Canadians curtailed trips there. But those declines were offset by an increasing number of Cuban-American visiting after President Obama lifted restrictions. Tourism accounted for $2 billion or 20% of Cuba's foreign exchange income in 2009.
