CUBA: New "Special Scrutiny" For Travellors Returning From Havana.

As if customs delays upon arrival in Havana from Miami were not painfully long and costly enough...now the TSA will apply "special scrutiny" to all passengers returning from Cuba...because of the remaining Bush-era designation of Cuba as a "state sponsor of terrorism.” Get ready for your full-body pat down!
