SERBIA: Visa-free Visits To EU Begin.

Visas for the EU were introduced when the former Yugoslav federation dissolved in 1990's warring. Saturday restrictions were lifted for all citizens of Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia. "Ever since visas were introduced I felt I was living in an imprisoned country," said a Serb woman. "This is a new beginning for all of us."
