ARGENTINA/UK: 06 DEC UPDATE: Desire's Second Falklands Oil Reportedly NOT Commercially Viable.

BLOOMBERG/
The UK's Desire Petroleum reported another oil discovery from a well off the Falkland Islands. It was Desire's second discovery there this year.
But the company now says the well is not commercially viable and Desire's shares have plunged.
There were some fears that Desire's recent successes would reignite a diplomatic dispute over the Falkland/Malvinas between the U.K. and Argentina.

AND:  Newly released WikiLeaks cable showed U.S. feared Argentina would join Hugo Chavez and seize the Falkland Islands from Britain.
