MONTENEGRO: Ruling Party...To Continue; Milo Likely PM Again.

     The ruling Democratic Party of Socialists appears headed for an easy victory in parliamentary elections...winning 46% of the vote...according to exit polling.
    It means the party's 20 year control of power will continue.
    Milo Djukanovic appears likely to return for the 4th time as PM.
