POLAND / FRANCE : Bus Accident Near Mulhouse Kills 3 Poles, Injures 42.

       French police are blaming a 29-year-old driver for a bus crash near Mulhouse in Eastern France.
      The Polish chartered bus...headed for Nice...crashed into a ditch on the A-36 highway... killing 3 Polish tourists and injuring 42 more...13 seriously.
      Witnesses claim the driver swerved to exit the highway at the last moment...and went off the road instead.
      The driver could face homicide charges.
