Some Russians are having a hard time adjusting to the West's ruthless capitalism.
Or...maybe they are learning too well.
At least one boss in Tartarstan went beyond normal demands and threats.
A female regional boss for MTS ...a mobile phone giant...demanded sales growth from her managers...or else they were forced to strip down to underwear/ bathing suits...and be photographed...with the humiliating image posted on a private company web page.
Of course...the fotos eventually got out.
An ex-manager said that the chief 'forced employees to pose half naked if they failed to sell certain goods within a set period. If they refused, they lost their money.'
The woman boss denies it...but the company is investigating.
