      Remember the terrible tragedy aboard the cruise ship Costa Concordia...off the coast of Italy in early January?
      32 died...and the ship stills lies half sunk off a picturesque Tuscan island.

      A leaked report from experts is squarely blaming the cowardly captain...Francesco Schettino...for the shipwreck....from a too close approach to the island.
      But...they also find fault with 3 cruise line execs...for delays in abandoning the ship.
      8 others are under investigation...for possible trials.
