     A fisherman near Yekaterinburg discovered 248 human fetuses found dumped and scattered from 4 barrels of medical waste in the forest.
     Officials say the remains of the dead babies 12-16 weeks were clearly marked..and are from 3 Urals area hospitals.
     They are investigating the improper disposals.
