COLOMBIA : Santos Sends 28,000 More Troops To Cauca Province; Ecopetrol Losing 11,000 BPD From Attacks.

      President Juan Manuel Santos is not fooling around.
      Troubled Cauca province has experienced a recent surge of FARC violence...and now it will get 28,000 more troops.
      Santos is sending in an army division...along with navy and air force special units.


     AND: State run Ecopetrol reports that...because of 67 rebel attacks on oil infrastructure from Jan-May...it lost 11,000 bpd/barrels per day.
