Truckers demanding 30% wage increases...and tax reductions...ended a 3-day strike early...after minor clashes with police threatened even greater fuel shortages.
President Kirchner left the Rio UN-summit because of the clashes.
The truckers' union has been fined $880,000.
The union says it has agreed to a 25.5 % wage increase...but will stage another one day strike next week over tax reductions.
