      Border terror and narco warring in Nuevo Laredo...has resumed.
      Shocked motorists were confronted with narco bridge hangings.
      Drivers witnessed...9 dead bodies...5 men and 4 women...displayed dangling off a highway bridge...on the main road to Monterrey...about 1 a.m.
     All the victims showed signs of torture.
     A message claimed Los Zetas gang had killed the 9 members of the rival Gulfo gang.
     Later...police discovered 14 heads...placed in an ice chest outside city hall...and then 14 decapitated bodies...stuffed in garbage bags...crammed into a mini-van...near an international bridge.

    The federal government says it will send more troops to the city to calm the narco turf war.
