Exactly what's going on in Kiev...and who's in charge?
Ukraine's president recently hinted that jailed ex-PM Yulia Tymoshenko could be released after a legal reform...but then his security agency filed new corruption charges against Yulia.
President Viktor Yanukovych admitted that the Soviet-era law responsible for Tymoshenko's conviction was outdated and should be changed.
But...the SBU security service then charged Tymoshenko with trying to embezzle $405mn.
"This is a very strange affair," said political analyst Mykhailo Pohrebinsky.
