COLOMBIA: 7 Soldiers, 11 Rebels Killed In 2 Attacks.

    The army bombed a rebel base camp near Venezuela's border...killing at least 11 rebels...while 7 soldiers were killed with explosives on a rural road in Caloto in the south as they transported supplies.
